The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was evident that great care is taken to ensure guests have a positive experience. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Their hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dallas area and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"It was a good experience; however, to make it worthwile for the guest there were too many amenities that guest had to pay for that should have been offered with the stay since the stay there is very expensive! Things like parking, some food options and activities should have come with the expense of booking the room. The canopies should be first come first serve instead of at a expensive cost."
