"This property was great. Very walkable to everything. The patio with firepit was very nice and there is a bar on site. The room was very clean. The bed was a little firmer than I would have liked but that's just me. Breakfast was good until Sunday when it was all plant based food. Good for a few but not all."

"The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly, helpful & efficient. It was clean. The location was very convenient to walk to Main St. in Lake Placid. My only criticism is they need more parking on site. I had a great experience overall."

"It clean and just what is needed for an overnight stay in the area. The room is dated, but well kept. Probably time for an upgrade, but that might "upgrade" the affordability which is a blessing. You cannot beat the kindness of the owner and staff."

"The room was good for the price in Lake Placid on a weekend. Everything was very clean, but the room did smell a bit musty (I wondered if the carpeting contributed to that and because people stay there with dogs maybe the carpet smells a bit?). Overall, good room for a good price - we would stay again."
