"Both main elevators were out of service and we believe the staff was asked to lie about how long the elevators have been out of service. Some told us a month when the front desk said it just occurred. We had to use a service elvator in a dirty hallway and wait 10 minutes for each ride. Often walked the steps to 7th floor instead of wait. We put a pizza box on top of the waste basket by service elevator and it was still there 24hrs later. This was a comp"

"Clean room, a little old fashion but clean, wholesome breakfast, easy parking and friendly staff."

"This was a very nice hotel with a nice clean lobby and restaurant/bar environment. Unfortunately, it is dated and the guest room bathroom especially needs a lot of work. Overall a positive experience but likely would not stay again because of that."

"No rooms were ready at check in. Told to come back 35-45min. Came back 1 hr 15 min later to be told maybe possibly in another hour. Came back again and was told rooms not cleaned yet and they could give a King instead of the 2 queens if i wanted otherwise might be a while. No fan in bathroom. Was an adjoining room with paperthin walls...and the adjoining door was paper thin as well. To "remedy" unwanted entry from the other room, they placed a wardrobe in front of the door knob. "

"Charged 40.00 early check in with toilet that was broken they accused us of breaking toilet was told to come to office to get plunger t o fix myself.Ive been customer 6 years at this location never had a problem before. Check in person was great the evening desk attendant needs to learn customer service etiquette."

"Perfect location and is within walking distance of several great restaurant’s and stores. Definitely my top choice from here out when I visit. NOTE!! My only issue was parking. They were out of parks but luckily I found a spot on the side of the street. Be sure to call and ask about parking bc it wasn’t an option while booking."

"Room was clean. Two bedroom suite was a real plus for our family. The hotel was close to a lot of places to eat which was nice. Breakfast was good but not as many choices as I expected. That being said, I think everyone could find something they like to eat. I loved the kitchen part of the room but it was lacking in silverware. Some of the drawers weren’t drawers and that led to a lack of storage. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work. But for our family, it was a perfect room. I would definitely stay here again."
