Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and grounds were clean. We have stayed here on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. Great stay for the price.

Beautiful place. Spacious and very clean. Close to freeway and restaurants.

Very clean. We just got a new small puppy and never traveled with a dog and chose LaQuinta because of their pet friendly reputation. They put us on the fourth floor and we had to use the elevator but they had a designated dog walking area in the back which worked out great. My only suggestion for improvement is to make guests aware of the $50 charges to your credit card for “incidental expenses” that were promptly refunded or removed after checking out

The receptionist guided us in when our GPS took us to the wrong location - wouldn't even let us hang up the phone after giving us correct directions. She wanted to make sure we got there safely. The room had more amenities than expected and was very comfortable. We would have liked to stay longer, but we needed to be back on the road the next morning after what turned out to be a delicious breakfast.

Kind friendly service

Hotel is several years old but looks brand new. Only issue was a noisy refrigerator which i unplugged. Staff was extremely friendly. Will stay there there again when i use North Alabama Med Center which is an easy 10 min away. By the way, neither the hotel nor Expedia mention the proximity to NAMC on the website. Had to figure that out on my own.

This hotel was a great value. The woman at the front desk was very professional and nice. The rooms were small but clean. The only concern I had was no elevator. The description does not mention that. This can be very problematic for someone who can not do stairs when there are no first floor rooms available. This really needs to be more obvious I. The description. Otherwise the place was fine

Wonderful stay.

This was a nice hotel for our 2 night stay. People were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the dining room was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of parking and we felt very safe in the area. It's about a 30 minute drive to Huntsville where we visited the Space Museum. Well worth the trip.

Really cool boutique hotel that evokes the musical history and culture around Florence. Bed was extremely comfortable and hotel was surrounded by amazing restaurants and there’s a coffee shop downstairs! What else could you ask for?!? Only wish there was an elevator. Will def stay here again!!!

Everything about this hotel and my stay was excellent. From the time I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces and assistance. The atmosphere was positive with all of the amenities I needed. My king size bed was very clean and comfortable and the room was huge, bathroom large with a wall between the sink and the bathroom and clean with a large full length mirror as a closet door I would like in my own home. I would recommend this hotel as one of the best in Florence, AL and I have stayed...

Very clean, nice view, sanitation sticker precautions, comfortable beds, good customer service, nice options for hot free breakfast, great place!
