8/10 Very good

Old property..I expected it to be worse because of the paint on the door was peeling and windows were dirty..but it was roomy and the bed was comfortable.

Not the prettiest room but it was clean and smelled nice. I liked that it had a small back patio facing the water.

Staying with Carole was wonderful. A peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere that draws you back in time, I believe Carole‘s place is one of my favorite stays.

This property is peaceful and has a back patio on the rooms which the other hotels in this area do not offer. there is a view too, of the river. Lovely place

4/10 Fair

Staff was friendly, room was dirty and the tv didnt work.

I liked the cold air conditioner and large swimming pool. Whoever painted the pool did not use the correct paint because the paint is coming off the concrete that is under water. Our room was a nonsmoking room but our sheets and bedding had burnt holes in them. I would not recommend staying at this hotel .

2/10 Poor

One of the filthiest, bug-filled motels I’ve ever encountered. And, as added bonuses, the TV didn’t work and the door lock didn’t work.

Fish property is an older property but it's well kept. It's fraternal water so you can take a pole and walk down and try to catch a fish when you can catch any but we had fun trying. This is a bargain for the money The room was $76 and for that price I didn't expect for the guy. It was an excellent visit

2/10 Poor

The room was nasty smelled of urine! Knats flying around! Ceiling was old panels with bugs! Just all around unsightly!

2/10 Poor

For the first time we were asked if we wanted to see the room before we finish the booking I marked on the booking that I wanted to pay at the property, but hold it with my credit card that did not happen. I had already charged my credit card. Iguesshotel.com went through Expedia anyway the hotel was not family friendly people were living there right next-door smoking all kinds of rubbish on the floor the rooms were a mess. Bathrooms were very, very tacky and unclean. We did not stay. We had to get another hotel.

It was nice clean comfortable beds not too far

Facility is old and our room was in need of repair. There was no ice bucket, no cups, no place to hang clothes. The toilet was loose and wobbled badly. Fairly clean, but old and dingy.
