The price we paid for what we got was an insane steal and we will definitely be returning when we go back to Newport. One of our favorite trips to date."

"The location is fantastic- it’s right across from the beach and within walking distance of Cliff Walk. There are places to eat also within walking distance and a very short drive to downtown Newport. The room we had was clean and had a great view. The breakfast was a nice touch and any minor issue we had was handled promptly by the staff. (Needing another blanket or vending machine needing to be refilled!) Just note that the elevator is slow and a little small/clunky but it works and is up to code! It’s not fancy- more like a beach vibe- and was a great stay."
