"This is one of Cookeville's best-kept secrets. This is an older property but the owners have done a great job keeping the place up. A/c works, room and bathroom were very clean, shower was hot. Rooms have a big mini fridge and microwave. Did not utilize the breakfast bar included in the cost of the room but it looked adequate. Value for price is five stars."
