Clean & quiet stay. Very nice.

2/10 Mala

The pictures that show for the OYO Lenoir hotel are not of that hotel. They are of the hotel next to it. All of the amenities are next door. There is no pool at either property. It is a motel not hotel with monthly rates and is totally sketchy and it's description and pictures are a lie. AND Expedia would do nothing to remedy the situation.

Toilet flushed on and off all night. Blankets were filthy. Sheets had burn holes from cigarettes on them. One mattress was awful, the other felt ok but was mildewed.

Room smelled musky mildewed feel like your sitting on the floor to sit on toilet room very old and out dated half the plugs didn’t work so was hard to charge phone and tv service was out all night I will never stay there again needs a total remodel inside and out

Clean space with good comfort level. The stay was peaceful and enjoyable.
Opinión verificada

4/10 Regular

The staff was pleasant. The property needs a lot of improvements. Looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The room wasn't cleaned the entire 2 weeks we were there. We only got clean towels. The toilet had mold under the rim. The smoke detector had tape over where the detector should be. There was black stuff around the bathroom floor.
