Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport
"I appreciate the 24/7 airport shuttle. on my arrival at PHX, I called to request the shuttle, and learned that there was an emergency and the shuttle was not running. but I was instructed to take a taxi, save the receipt, and I would be reimbursed for the cost of the taxi when I checked in to the hotel. That was a nice accommodation. I then took the hotel's airport shuttle on the morning of my departure. and that functioned perfectly. Check in was smooth, and the desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful. Room condition was excellent. Spacious. There were plenty of towels, which I appreciate. The thermostat control of room temperature gave me subtle options - so I could set a comfortable temperature that didn't feel like I was trying to sleep in a refrigerator. The bed mattress was a little soft for my taste. Other than that I was happy with everything. I did not try the breakfast since I have many food allergies and I find it is usually just easier to not risk an undesirable exposure."
The Azure Hotel
"Clean rooms but no breakfast."
Legacy Golf Resort
"This was a great location, clean and nice size room . We loved the outside playground for kids it was so nice, up to date and safe"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort
"Disappointed as my room was only cleaned once in 5 days. The bed was only changed once. I had to keep asking for towels."
Talking Stick Resort
"The resort was short staffed making getting good service difficult. Luis out at the main pool was amazing and made us feel special. The room was amazing. Was looking forward to sitting out by the fire pits at night but they were never lit and even after asking one night no one showed up to light them. The slot machines very tight seemed like no one was winning on them. Golf course was in great condition but expensive. Resort was very clean with decently priced drinks."
Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
"Great staff. Very friendly and helpful"
DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale
"Room and grounds were clean. They were under construction and offered us a free beer or wine which was nice. Hotel staff were very helpful."
City Express by Marriott Tempe
"Ice machine had particles in the ice…not pure/clean to eat without washing the ice."
