"My partner and I are usually active travelers - we spend most of our time exploring, and our accommodation is mainly just a place to sleep and have breakfast. However, this holiday was meant to be different from all the others. For health reasons, we really needed to slow down, reset our minds, and fully relax for once.
If you’re looking for a place where there isn’t much sightseeing and all you want is good food, drinks, and time to relax by the pool or the sea, then this is definitely the right place. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious - from the huge selection at the buffet restaurant to the wide range of à la carte restaurants.
What surprised us positively was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We had the impression that the hotel mainly caters to guests from the biggest country in Europe, but at no point did we feel treated differently. Full respect to the team for their multilingual skills - it’s truly impressive how many languages they speak and how smoothly they communicate with guests from different countries. Perhaps the only small remark would be that the bellboy could improve his English slightly, but overall the service was excellent.
What surprised us negatively is something the hotel unfortunately has little control over - the behavior of some guests. The amount of food waste was shocking. People were piling their plates with far more food than they could possibly eat. In the à la carte restaurants, guests were ordering multiple dishes"
