Housekeeping services are among the best and most attentive I have ever experienced, including organizing items on nightstand during turndown service, providing extra water, etc. Coffeemaker and condiments were routinely restocked, including refrigerated half-and-half. Concierge services were excellent including providing touring destination suggestions and arranging for rental car delivery to hotel. Superb hotel experience."

"I was surprised by the staff's efforts to keep the property clean at all time. The staff are very friendly.. Although mixed room staying with all kinds of human shoes odors, the staff kept room clean daily. The kitchen was extremely clean. The staff kept it clean at all times. I was also happy with the location. It is one block away from China Town and all kinds street cars that will get you to anywhere. I had a good time here."

"Front desk was very friendly and nice, the room was great and clean. We booked a Deluxed Studio room with queen bed: it has a medium size fridge, kitchenette, microwave, table and chair, own washroom and shower. It is like a mini studio apartment. Overall stay was good! The property itself is good, although it is small but it is secure. The building is not fancy like a 4 star hotel but if you need a night to stay it is good, clean and comfy. The shower is small but better than a shared...
