The room and property were clean; we enjoyed the charm of it apparently being a large residence converted to a hotel. The adjoining pub was nice to be able to go nearby for food. Our room was on the pub side, and we weren't bothered by bar noise. The location is convenient to the tram and main roads if driving. We also enjoyed going for short runs in the morning and finding seemingly clean and safe places to explore in each direction. Get the Green P app (public parking app) in advance and park behind the building.

Was a nice hotel with a nice big room and bus comfy bed. Air con units and ducts were a little noisy even when off but ear plugs sorted that. Best bit is the pub/bar attached to property so you could drinks and food which was great for us as we arrived quite late around 10pm so that was just perfect.

Checking in by going to an upstairs bar next door is far from ideal after a long journey, despite being within the time range stated for check in at the front desk. $150 deposit required upon arrival which I’m still awaiting the refund for is a concern. The rooms themselves are spacious, quirky and well maintained for the most part. Close to Spadina station which makes getting around very convenient and walking distance to lots of other amenities.
