The whole team, from the owner to the front desk attendant, was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay, whether arranging taxis, extending the nights as needed, recommending restaurants and just checking on our wellbeing. The wine gift was a wonderful welcome after a long trip, but the best was when they suggested getting tickets for Springsteen (who we didn't know was in town) and helped...

This hotel is in a Galleria with lots of shopping options. It is also near the central Stockholm station. I was able to go through the station to take a train to Oslo pretty easily. The hotel breakfast is delicious, the best of the three hotels I stayed in while in Sweden (but I enjoyed all of them). I left my camera stand at the hotel when I departed for Norway but I was able to use faundit to have it returned so I'm very happy about that!

We loved the Lady Hamilton Hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner is the Cathedral and The Royal Palace. Very little car traffic in Gamla Stan so it was great for walking around. Metro, Ferry and Hop on - Hop off buses are all within 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Hotel itself is very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Little different variety each morning...Loved the pastries! If you are looking for a small local hotel I highly recommend...

We stayed at Hotel Skeppsholmen for the nights in May 2024. It was unseasonably warm outside, but the air-conditioned room was always nice and cool. The hotel's location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. The location next to Mall of Scandanavia, Strawberry Arena and train/ metro station makes this ideal. If you hope to get a paid parking space next to the building you need to come early because there are only limited spaces, otherwise paid parking is also available about a five minute walk away. It would have been nice to have coffee, a microwave and a refrigerator in ones room but these are not included. The HUGE breakfast selection was amazing and the restaurant/bar on the top floor was good.
