I asked the room away from street but two times staff gives
Me the room just over the street. Maybe they misunderstood my request.
At 04:00 AM stated some construction works with noise and vibration, no action from reception was taken.
Disappointed."
"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."
