The studio on the 3rd floor was outstanding..plenty of room to sit snd talk with my two friends. A large freezer and Fridge..excellent shower. Close to restaurants. Stores and muesums. The shining star was Ivan at the front desk. He was so nice and went above and beyond helping me.arrange a cab to the airport. As.there is no elevator, he also helped.me with my luggage. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy. Fabulous hotel in the perfect location

Absolutely fabulous location. Couple of minutes walk to the piazza. The underground is less than a minute walk. Lots of bars and food places. The hotel is spotless. Staff are lovely. And that bed. Oh my word, I wanted to take it with me to the next hotel! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not for the faint hearted though!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying my big suitcase up the steep stairs for me (I didn’t ask them to!). The agreed to us leaving luggage before and after our check in. The room was comfortable with good facilities and a great location. We were at the back of the hostel so despite building works and bars downstairs (at the front of the hostel) we couldn’t hear any of the noise. We’d stay again!

A great location, walking distance to everywhere. Building is undergoing renovation so stairwell is dark and dingy, but don’t let this put you off…… rooms are fabulous, new and clean. Bathroom sparklingly clean, lots of hot water. Beds comfortable. Room very very quiet, no outside noise at all although street was bustling - very well insulated. Staff lovely and welcoming with good communication. A few things missing from room but I suspect these may come when renovation is complete. ie safe was locked (could have asked for it to be opened but it wasn’t a problem), no drinking glasses, a mini fridge for our water would be good and tea & coffee making would be really useful. Would definitely stay here again and would definately recommend due to location and comfort of room.

The hotel is in Casco Viejo, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. The Cathedral is very close and the Metro is a few minutes away. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price and location. The rooms are great, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at the reception as well as the one in charge of cleaning were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. It’s a block from the metro and walkable from most attractions by a 20 min walk. It does not have a lift, but the staff offered to help.
