Their very friendly manager & owner welcome, as well as attention to detail and a tasty breakfast including local traditional cakes he bakes himself, and more simple amenities are there to enjoy by guests.
A wonderful spot to rest and recharge for a few days - the thalasso was a unique touch and it was wonderful to have so many amenities on sight. The front desk staff were especially kind.
Lovely Hotel positioned in the middle of the town and in the heart of the mountains. 4 star quality at 3 start prices. The breakfast was excellent, as were the pinxos served by the bar. The room was well decorated and spacious. Everything in this small town is within walking distance and all of Basque Country is close due to the highway through town. I would certainly stay here again!

The boutique Hotel has an amazing organic aesthetic, and amazing interiors and external gardens. We had an incredible stay at Hotel Zerupe! All of the front desk staff were so friendly and had great recommendations for the area. The location cannot be beat- you can easily walk to restaurants, gelato, shops, and the beach! The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel is in the pedestrian only area of the city, so you will need to walk about a block from where a car might drop you off to get to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel Arbaso. It is a modern and clean property, and we got our best sleep during our trip here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect. It's located on a quiet street and in walking distance to many sites including the Old Town, beach, and restaurants. The room was quite spacious also, and I surely enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.
The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.
Small, quant hotel in the perfect location in San Sebastian. In Old Town close to both beaches. Also close to the transportation center which made getting in and out of town very convenient. It's a really small hotel. There is a small reception area with coffee but that's about it, there is no lobby like you'd find in a more traditional hotel. The staff is happy to help with whatever you need, they were great!
