Lovely property in great location in Nusa Dua. Property and facilities are in great condition. If you can, upgrade to the adult only section. It is well worth it.

To celebrate our anniversary, my wife and I planned to have a relaxing vacation in Bali. Before heading there, we planned to take our time enjoying the resort facilities and head out to town a bit for some local delights. The hotel its very nice. Staff very very good, they would do anything to make your staying pleasant. In the restaurant they charge tax 11% and service 10%. Thats ok but i didn't like that also they ask if you want to tip. Service = tip just to be clear. I understand the salaries are small for the waitresses but the hotel are charging the prices like in Europe and for sure they can offer similar salaries to the employee instead to ask the clients to pay for it. Just my opinion.

The hotel deserves 10 stars when it comes to staff service, space, pool, beach, and breakfast buffet. The drinks are over priced and its way too far from Kuta and Seminyak which Where the shopping, restaurants, and bars are. If you are looking just to relax be in this hotel otherwise find one close to the actions.

Beautifully situated high on a cliff over the sea. Property is setup like a little village with each bungalow set in its own private setting. Close access to beach (stairs down the cliff) with bars and caffes Gorgeous pools and gardens. Feels like a private paradise. Helpful kind staff.

This is a nice quiet location. close to shopping at The Bali Collection. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff is simply wonderful!

I can't explain the gratitude towards the staff! Very friendly and helpful always smiling ! Make you feel like you are at home! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were perfect! The kids always could order off the children's menu up to 4 years everything is free. Room - it was nice and spacious we stayed in a suite with two Queen beds. I would recommend the lagoon villa it looked lovely ! Or by the beach. Children- kids club isn't free 4 + you need to pay which was a little turn off...

Luxurious hotel with amazing beaches. The breakfast buffet or at the lounge was amazing. The staff are very helpful and they make you feel that you are their only guest. They knew our breakfast routine after one time only. As soon as we walk in they got me and my husband our favorite latte as strong as we like it.
