Would recommend to anyone. Location is great. Close to everything. 10-15 minute walk to the beach. It’s just far enough off the road where the city noise isn’t an issue.

If you are looking for a quality villa, this is not it. The photos of the exterior are AI-generated. The villa was so poorly built and the finishes are shameful. Patches on the ceiling, tile grout all over the place, the powder room basin was leaking so the floor was covered in water, there was mould all throughout the bathrooms and the third bedroom by the pool. On the second morning, I woke up to my bedroom completely flooded. We couldn't stay here another night and the property declined to refund my remaining nights because they could put us in another poorly built villa. The check out process was a nightmare because they couldn't refund my deposit due to some connection issue with their bank and their EFTPOS machine. While some of the staff were exceptional, the property is just too unsafe and poorly built.
