We had a few mishaps on check in, but the front manager, Razin, went above and beyond to make up for our inconvenience. The hotel is beautiful, we had a spacious and comfortable room, the bed great. Not only across from the street markets, it's also on the South China Sea!

Hotel Sixty3 exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was very responsive to all of our questions leading up to check in. Even with a late check in, it was very easy getting to our room right away. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sixty3 was very close to lots of restaurants and tourist services. Anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Kota Kinabalu should look no further. Highly recommended!

Great hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good location. Close enough to walk around town yet far enough to be away from the karaoke noise. Airport bus is only RM5 as compared to RM 30 for a taxi. And the stop is right outside the hotel. The hotel only have one brochure for daily tour. The tour company is good but the hotel does not have a concierge to help answer any question. Breakfast is not bad either.

Happy I stayed here. Stayed here last year, too and liked the clean room, clean and comfortable bed, nice warm showers. 3 bottles of water everyday. Can make tea or coffee in room with electric kettle. Great on the budget. Don’t expect amenities. Lots of places to eat walking distance and Gaya street is few blocks away.

I had a wonderful stay at Promenade Hotel KK and would like to especially commend their outstanding service. When my rental car broke down during my trip, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with the tapping out issue—something that could have been a real hassle without their help. Small, but great rooms. Comfortable beds, high end bathrooms and accommodating staff. Near restaurants, shops and night markets. Only if you're on the first floor near the living/front desk area its gets rather loud.

We chose this resort because it looked laid back, homey, and natural. It was exactly as we expected. It might not have all the trappings of a high end resort, but it's the kind of place you can just feel good about. The gardens are peaceful and not overdone. The pools are nice - one in the sun and one shadier - and have children's areas. We traveled with our two small children and stayed in the family chalet. It was spacious enough for my three-year-old to run around in and had nice wooden...

Good place to stay

The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. There was even a nice little common hallway with extra toiletries and coffee/tea packets. The host provided a waterproof beach pouch which was exactly what I needed that day. The location is unbeatable. It's literally upstairs from the most amazing grilled seafood night market. 10/10. I will definitely book here again
