"Everything about this hotel is top notch. From the greeting at the airport by the excellent Concierge Jay through the helpful assistance of the young intern Aica and the always smiling room service guy, everyone was really wonderful. The room design is elegant and thoughtful, the air-conditioning is fantastic, water temperature and pressure are amazing – next time I’m in Manila I will certainly stay at the Marco Polo again! Really, a phenomenal stay in a great hotel."
