"Friendly staff. A special shout out to Ben who cleaned our room just as we wanted. He was friendly, accommodating and efficient. A different front desk person every day of our six night stay. Not a problem, just a curiousity. Always clean and uncluttered lobby and hallways. Complimentary breakfast was generous even though some of the hot entree choices were a mystery. Generous towels in guest bathroom. "

"We loved this property! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the dining room was peaceful. We didn't use the pool or hot tube, but we did check it out and it was pleasant and looked super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again. "

"This place is just incredible. Grand Hotel is such a fitting name. It truly is GRAND. If you stay here, make sure you plan on some time just to enjoy the property itself. Bring a deck of cards and play in one of the many gorgeous spaces- near the fireplace, lobby, or even the amazing courtyard!!! Kids said it was the best pool and hot tub ever! Breakfast even for vegetarians was wonderful, and the room had ample sleeping space for grandparents, kids, and me (6 of us total slept comfortably)!! Don’t hesitate- this place is great, and Kai is so helpful!"
