This is the neatest little gem in Hot Springs. There are not many rooms. They are like little houses with mini garages. No cars will fit in them, but motorcycles would. The renovations are spectacular and there is more to come! We did not yet have a refrigerator in our unit, but it did not affect us. It was a scary moment when a nasty hotel receptionist said that our reservation could not be found. This same staff member said that problems with on-line bookings are a common occurrence However, through our insistency along with the confirmation number, which she initially failed to recognize, she finally located our reservation and assigned us a room. I don't ever want to go through that again. So I'll book directly with the hotel in the future.
