This is the neatest little gem in Hot Springs. There are not many rooms. They are like little houses with mini garages. No cars will fit in them, but motorcycles would. The renovations are spectacular and there is more to come! We did not yet have a refrigerator in our unit, but it did not affect us. This place is amazing. We stayed in Love Potion #9 room. It was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed and had a small balcony overlooking the lake. The grounds look like a botanical garden. The free breakfast (8-9:30) was fantastic. Great place for a romantic getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. We liked it so much we booked an extra night. Do yourself a favor a book a room here!

We had some minor little bugs by our bed, some were dead and alive. They were NOT bedbugs. It wasn't such an issue that we complained, but it did make us take pause for a moment. The pool was a little murky and did not look very clean and fresh, which deterred me from swimming. The hot tub was great. It was a scary moment when a nasty hotel receptionist said that our reservation could not be found. This same staff member said that problems with on-line bookings are a common occurrence However, through our insistency along with the confirmation number, which she initially failed to recognize, she finally located our reservation and assigned us a room. I don't ever want to go through that again. So I'll book directly with the hotel in the future.
