"The room had a sofa with numerous unusual stains, the bathroom light fixture was in disrepair, and the bathroom door was covered in significant graffiti. There were also cockroaches present, which I had to eliminate due to concerns about them entering my luggage. The online images did not accurately represent the property I rented. I deeply regret my stay and believe Expedia should provide a full refund, given how this property was advertised. I have photographic evidence to support my claims. I...

"This hotel used to be The Monarch and is now part of Hilton, The hallways and room were updated and clean but most important part to me was the mattress and it was pretty firm - not very restful - they need some pillow tops for extra padding . We didn't use any of the amenities or restaurant."
