"This is a prime location for a hotel. This is like a blast from the past, it reminds me of the old 1950’s surfer movies. It gives motel vibes, but has been updated. The rooms themselves were redone at some point in the recent past. The beds were not the most comfortable, but were clean. One bed was very squishy, the other very firm. When we first checked in, we entered our room to find the AC unit blowing air, but not cool air. It was very humid in the room, so I called the desk to see if they could help us. The nice lady at the desk sent someone over while we went to grab some food. By the time we got back it was very comfortable in the room. Only real complaint was the shower. My wife refused to get in because it was not the cleanest looking shower. Although the water pressure was phenomenal. The bathroom was not was not quite as updated as the rest of the room. Overall, this was a decent stay. Breakfast was better than most hotels. The lazy river was nice. And the staff was amazing. With a little updating in the bathroom, this place would be a must stop."

"Old, nasty and smells bad. Whole property needs to be completely remodeled. Rain flooded walkways. Staff unfriendly. Bathroom was dirty. Previous quests hair all over shower, UGHH. ....couldn't wait to checkout. PLUS..they have the nerve to charge a $15.00 "resort fee". What a joke. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here!!"

"Continental Breakfast was great. Very good selection. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Directly across from pier and beach access. Will stay again. "

"Great place to stay before a cruise. Only downside is the shuttle costs $9/person so depending on how many people are in your party, it’s cheaper to Uber. Cost $25 for 4 to Uber"

"Staff was very nice. Everything was very clean. The pool closed extremely early seeing that I had a kid come in on the later side that was OK would’ve liked an extra chair in the room, but we were there for such a short time. It was fine."

"I am a key member that receives perks. I was told via Expedia that I was to receive a bottle of wine, instead they gave me bottles of water. The property is very old and needs an update. The breakfast area is the size of a closet and people were running into each other and spoiling their beverages. There was not enough seating either. Just bad. "

"We were looking for a more affordable option and booked a night here last minute and we were very pleased. The room was clean and updated. Check in was quick and the employees were kind. The pool and pool area were clean and the little bar was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and had a nice selection. We utilized the beach access which was super convenient. We will look to book here again the next time we return to Cocoa Beach. "
