We stayed at this small, quaint inn for three nights recently while exploring the Cape, and if we ever come back I would definitely stay here again. We loved the beautiful setting and the well-cared for grounds. Coffee on the balcony was a joy. The owner was so helpful with suggestions for ferries, restaurants, routes, etc... Yes, the place is a bit dated, but that's part of the charm, I think. The only thing I think should be addressed would be new mattresses.

The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. It was very cheap. I was looking for a last minute hotel to spend the nice. I had miss the boat to Nantucket. & I found this little cute inn thats next to the shopping center, several stores, restaurants around, airport, bus terminal & steamship near by. I wanted to catch the first boat & the guy at the front desk was kind enough to call a cab to pick me up in the morning. I dont have any complaints. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Overall Excellent.
