Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. Hotel is a high level business-oriented facility. Many of the guests appeared to be professionals visiting Argentina on business. Large number of airline crew present as well. Check-in was smooth, though for persons arriving on early flights, getting to your room might be a problem. I was upgraded for a moderate rate and got a room on the executive floor right away.
Stayed here for a week and loved it! Comfortable bed, restaurant open late and very fast internet! The breakfast buffet was tasty and made it very convenient to make it out the door on time. Great front desk staff- restaurant staff a little more curt, but effective and polite. Good food, hot water and food water pressure. Oh! And the black out curtains are the real deal!
We had a fabulous experience. The hotel apparently has been recently refurbished and it shows the room we had was large, the plugs were all international, accepting multiple plug types. The shower was divine, with great water pressure and heat. The breakfast had everything you could ask for and they made us the most amazing cappuccino!!

Really enjoyed our stay in BA. The hotel was convenient to a number of restaurants and sights. The price included breakfast. The hotel is just across from a grocery store that is handy for water, snacks, etc. We walked to many of the sights.
The hotel is part of the NH international chain. It is of modern design and decor. The best thing is its location, right in the heart of Buenos Aires. The service was prompt and conversant in various languages, the included breakfast buffet was extensive and good, and the rooms well designed and comfortable. Also a small, attended, rooftop swimming pool (summer months only), sauna, and exercise room on the 13th floor. All this and a moderate price.

Hotel is well located near metro stations and a walking distance to main attractions in downtown. I liked so much that I will stay again next week on my way back from Patagonia to the US.
