"Pathetic service. The room phone never works. If it works, then no one picks up the call. For the price paid the rooms are basic, bathrooms small and cramped. The 9th floor completely smells of cigaratte. Nothing was luxurious or premium in out stay."

"The hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are clean and climate controlled to perfection. We had a room with a view of India Gate and couldn’t have asked for more. The room was individually furnished and cleaned daily or on request. The en-suite had both a bath and separate shower and was stocked with essentials for your stay. The breakfast was all you could eat of multiple cuisines. Something to suit everyone. Staff were attentive and friendly and there are multiple restaurants to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful in terms of arranging a tour and recommending shopping locations as well as arranging airport transfers. Our room was quiet, clean and we enjoyed watching the black kites flying around outside our window."
