"Good value for money. Large, clean rooms, even if a little dated. Staff are friendly and professional. Varied breakfast offering. Some nice restaurants nearby"
"Restated at 5 different hotels during our Italy vacation. The Palace was my favorite of the 5 in all categories. Wonderful rooms, inviting staff & fantastic food. If I ever make it back to Lake Como I have no doubt where I will stay!"
"This was an amazing place to stay for my first stop in Milan , located in Cerro Maggiore. The staff was amazing and helpful in every way . Special mention to a gentleman called Diego . I had small issues checking in and him and the other lady staff handled me very well, kindly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again . Thank you so much."

We absolutely loved this hotel even though it is quite away from the center of Como.
Great, modern, very spacious rooms. Huge table with chairs in the common area, sofa. Super comfortable and relaxing.
Super clean rooms, towels are nice and soft, and thick.
The deco is great as well, very very pleasing ))).
We had 2 bedrooms, one was separate. We can’t complain about mattresses or pillow, on the contrary- we slept great.
The only thing is there was not too much privacy, as the door to the...
This is a beautiful hotel with a full delicious breakfast buffet of hot foods and ham, cheeses, etc. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and it’s located on the waterfront. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful location next to restaurants and old churches. Absolutely stunning views. Love Como.
Our stay was amazing! An unforgettable experience that we hope to enjoy again soon.
Beautiful historic building with amazing food service and unbelievable hospitality!
Nice property with beautiful views. Love that our room came with private sauna. The balcony is nice to view the lake from. Convenient to walk or go for a run
Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.
We booked a balcony room overlooking the Lake and WOW! We had the most romantic and unforgettable stay. The staff is so kind and generous, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in the Como area.
We stayed for 3 nights at CastaDiva in September 2015. We have been to Lake Como a few times prior this visit but the hotel and facilities were remarkable. Seriously the pictures on the website do not do show you enough. my husband and I were actually shocked at how horrible their marketing ability is on the website when stepping foot on site. We are very picky with where we stay--has to be exceptional and have stayed in some magical places throughout our 10 years together. Castadiva was by...
We chose this hotel for its location near the Como San Giovanni railroad station, and because it is one of the more affordable yet good-quality hotels in this expensive resort town.
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable enough to meet our needs. The bathroom was also clean and spacious with a bidet, toilet, sink, and a shower that's larger than one typically encounters in Europe.
Breakfast was included with our room, and as excellent. The offering included an ample supply of fresh...
Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.
Gorgeous hotel with amazing views of the city. Although it is a little outside the city, you can walk (about 30-45 minutes) or the hotel provides transportation at certain times of the day.
Hotel was very nice must get breakfast included the issue that was had to pay 100 or 20 minute transportation for the hotel there was no convenient hotel
Great hotel. On the lake. Clean and modern. Very comfortable and pleasant experience. Rooms are not large by US standards, but still big enough to be plenty comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good, and service at onsite restaurant was impressive. Glad I had a car. Seems like hotel would be pretty inconvenient without one. Hotel is not really central, so go elsewhere if you want to be in the center of the action and don’t want to drive (or navigate infrequent and somewhat opaque ferry...
About a mile from the central station and 1.5 miles from the Duomo, we appreciated the easy access and the quiet of this wonderful hotel. The rooms are artistically decorated and lots of free and high quality food is served throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place and return to it if I was back in Milan
This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....
