Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!
A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.

Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). A great new and modern hotel in the center of Lisbon. Our room was very small and not sure if it was the size I had reserved. The size was fine for us for 2 night since we weren't in the room much. Our room had no view - looked into another room. This was fine for us because it was dark for sleeping and very quiet. I would stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. Staying in a Tagus Marina house boat was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house boat was nice clean with comfortable beds the only critique would be that the living room could have had more comfortable seating options after a long day of exploring Lisbon. Ok, we did not get a room that looks like the pictures but it was perfectly nice, attractive, comfortable, quiet, and not too small as so many European rooms are. This hotel was a good home base for exploring Lisbon. The staff were great. Would stay here again.
It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.
this hotel was perfect in every way , excellent location very clean and modern rooms in a 300 year old building . our room looked over a very busy street with a view of the famous arch . the street lined with restaurants was noisy with the window open but once closed we could not hear anything . very nice breakfast and the front desk people were very helpful and freindly . will stay here next visit
I loved the unique theme and feel to this hotel. It’s a one minute walk to the metro and the famous tram line; however, the area it’s located in isn’t the safest. Every day we encountered people on drugs outside (but they were harmless in our case and we had no issues). Just some strange characters. But the hotel itself is fabulous and they offer unique extras and a copious breakfast! As a woman I would only stay in this area with a male partner and suggest coming back a little before 10pm....
Excellent hotel, very clean and new. Very good sound isolation so rooms are quiet. Good Windows too that do a great job blocking out some of the plane flyovers and vehicle flowcan occur in the neighborhood. Very good location, right in front of the Metro stop. On top of it all the breakfast is very good.
