"On the positive, It was pet friendly. The pool was big with many transats around. The set up of the rooms around the pool makes it noisy for a siesta or for sleeping early morning because they vacuum the swimming pool early in the morning. "We had a lovely stay at the Francesco Heritage Hotel. The staff were very helpful and obliging unfortunately we did not get the room that was showing on the website even though I did check before arriving and the room we were given was not finished as there was a lot of tiling grouting and sealant that needed snagging. We did not have a mini bar to start with, but that was delivered after the first three days and there was no table or chair which was a bit inconvenient but otherwise the room was nice. Great location in the wonderful old town of Alghero."
