"There were so many people that you had to wait in a gigantic line to even get on the elevator. And then you would be a 45 minute wait. Pool was over crowded. We ended up leaving."

"If you enjoy old, dirty, poorly maintained rooms that feature used child swimsuits (and you don’t have children) with loud staff who stand around instead of assisting you and paying a premium for it, the Mondrian is spot for you! Slow service, stingy with towels, and rundown. Very disappointing. They took $300 off the bill, but no other accommodations for the conditions. Enjoy :)"

"This is a perfect stay when you have an early morning flight and want to get to the Miami airport the night before. When you stay here, you are already 'inside' the terminal building and can walk inside to get to your gate ! Absolutely fabulous to not worry about taxis or shuttles !!"
