I only think that the wash basin in the single bed room is too small...you can't use the water from the tap properly to wash your face without spoiling water all around. The bed was good. "Chose this hotel for a one night stopover largely because it had a pool and after 6 hours driving (shared) being able to relax and have a swim sounded like a good idea. Booked a Lux room which was a relatively new addition to the hotel and it was really lovely great shower room and very spacious with a small outside space. The pool was one of the nicest hotel pools good size and nice relaxed pool loungers. We had one issue being woken at 7.30 by someone with an industrial floor cleaner doing the corridor outside our room. Housekeeping really need to rethink that"
