"Very conveniently located. Just a few streps away from the JR Kure station, and a couple of blocks from the Yamato maritime museum, which can be accessed via a foot bridge.
Hotel is showing signs of age but is well maintained and clean. Excellent front desk staff. Good lighting in the room. Breakfast is served on the 14th floor with excellent view of the city and the port. Hotel offers cute hand-drawn maps showing staff’s recommended restaurants, cafes, very cute.

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
The service was impecable. Enjoyed the onsen and the traditional dinner in the room was delicious. The bedding in the tatami mats was so comfortable too!
I stayed in a traditional Japanese room. It was spacious and comfortable. Reception upon entering was wonderful. I took off my shoes and put on slippers. The check-in was easy and pleasant. I made use of the private bath and a massage and both were wonderful. The only flaw with the massage space was that you could hear the karoke that was nearby. Miyajima is a great tourist destination. At night it is much quieter and very pleasant after the crowds leave. Breakfast was included and very nice.
Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.
While the property is 30 years old, it retains its focus on guest service. Plenty of amenities, including spa, pool, health club. Included if on club floor. Also a convenience store and wonderful service. Rooftop restaurant and other restaurants. Breakfast was included for me. I feel it was an excellent value. The location can’t be better. Walkable to Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome.
spacious room with lots of amenities not seen in most Japanese hotels: washing machine, dishes and utensils, pots and pans. Very comfortable stay, definitely look for the same brand next time.
The natural hot spring was incredible after a long day of sightseeing, and having on‑site laundry was a real bonus. It made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Some spoke English very well. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with traditional Japanese dishes along with American style items including a cook to order omelette chef.
Clean room with good amount of space for 2 people with large luggage. Lots of food options nearby that we didn't have enough time to check out! Hiroshima City is walkable in general; we mostly walked from the hotel to all the main attractions. Loved that there was a momiji manju vending machine in the lobby!
We had a little issue with checking in but after about 20 minutes we were able to get in. There was no receptionist so it was a bit confusing.
Make sure you fill out passport information prior to arrival so they can send you code to get in.
Short walk to all the sightseeing and museums… 711/ family mart is very close to grab coffee and snacks. Laundry service is nearby but i could not find the address to type in into gps so i had to follow instructions provided in the booklet … it would’ve...
