Enjoyed our 4-night stay on the club level. Hotel and room were very clean and well kept. Club lounge is wonderful. Hotel accepts luggage delivery, but does not accept outside food (so no Urber Eats delivery is allowed). Room was large and spacious, however we found the bed and the pillows a little hard (which is not uncommon in our travels throught Japan). Room doesn't have a smart TV, so no chrome casting movies. Hotel is located in a remote location. 30 mins from downtown so the free bus to the Hiroshima station is appreciated, however will it would be nice if it started before 9:50 am as the City bus is easy to use but very crowed. Tour boats leave right from the hotel which is great and the sunlight cruise was beautiful.. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, super convenient if you want to take the ferry to Miyajima. There is a shuttle available to and from Hiroshima station (from needs to be booked in advance, but we walked on the shuttle back to the station without an advance booking). The rooms were wonderful, with many amenities including comfy pajamas, bed/pillows, and a place to lay down and watch TV if desired. You can easily sign into your own streaming subscriptions from the TV. We only stayed one night, but it was a fantastic stay.
