ALL of the staff at the Hotel Felix Olbia were very professional, friendly, and polite. Our room maid was Awesome as well. There is a blonde woman with short hair and wears glasses that literally was so kind that she "made me smile and leave the breakfast area happy that I saw and interacted with her! The women working at the Hotel reception desk were very accommodating. We didn't have any complaints and would stay at this facility again if we have need to do so. KUDOS to ALL!

Olbia rooms looks brand new, although the proprietors said that it opened a year ago. Staff is on site to welcome you, and they are fantastic at communicating before and after check in. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the site is actually within walking distance of Costa Smeralda Olbia airport (about 15 minutes).
