"Lovely, clean place and we’ve since recommended it to friends. Food menu could use some help. Staff who handle information where the smore pick up is could be more helpful."

"The bedroom was pretty and clean, but the bed was not comfortable and it squeaked badly. The bathroom had black mold that gave me coughing fits every time I used it. I showed a video to the man working there and I was coughing badly while talking to him. He didn’t even give me a small credit or anything even though the video was clearly showing lots of mold and it literally made me sick. The morning before arriving he ran my card and it was denied. When I called to ask about it, I was explaining that I thought I had paid a deposit through Expedia and I was hoping that would be enough until I got there or I wanted him to be patient and wait until I called the credit card company. He instantly got angry and said that he was going to give my 3 rooms away if I didn’t pay him right then. I told him to try again and put 2 rooms on my card and one on my sister’s. He put all 3 rooms on mine. And none on hers. That being said the restaurant was good and it was close to Yosemite."

"The hotel was suitable for what we needed. My worse complaint is when we arrived our room was freezing so we used the remote to turn the unit down and for the rest of our stay we could never get it cool again. The shower drain did not drain easily and we were always afraid the toilet was not going to flush. The room was nice size and the beds were comfortable. Do not plan on their continental breakfast to be more than toast and cereal."
