This place is a gem. It is authentic to the Lake Orta area (near train station and a reasonable walk to the lake), but it is also welcoming to visitors from around the world. Nice family vibe but also would be good for a couple. The restaurant next door served a perfectly memorable dinner, and they also provided a delightful picnic lunch. Breakfast is regional--farm fresh. The room is modern, simple, clean. We would love to return.

Fantastic Place to stay! This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff is superb! All other hotel staff members should be trained by the people that work this property. The property is spotless! They did not want me to roll my luggage on their floors, that is how clean it is. Stayed in the Palace (Pink) Property. They offered me a room in the Castle but I chose the Palace because I felt the bed looked more comfortable. The Castle is very classy. The Palace has extremely well...
