"BED BUGS. I flipped the mattress to find trash and dirt under the bed, then I unzipped the mattress to find bed bug eggs in the seems and then unzipped the cover on the box spring to find blood and God knows what. I left and didn’t even stay and then I asked about a refund from the front desk and they were rude and said I’d have to deal with Expedia that they wouldn’t give me a refund.. please stay away! Motel 6 give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend to anybody !"

"There was no hot water available during our stay. We were therefore unable to take a proper shower. While the staff acknowledged the issue, there was no urgency to solve the problem. I was told the manager will call me the next day ( Monday) as no one was available on Sunday. No compensation was given. The issue was not resolved until checkout which was several hours later "

"We had very loud and noisy guests staying next to us which you could hear quite well through the connecting doors, even though they weren’t open. You could also hear room doors slamming in the hallways"

"Overall the hotel was clean. However, tub had noticeable black mold around the tub. There was no soap in the room. Breakfast was limited to waffles, muffins/bread, cold cereal and hard boiled eggs. "

"Although their website says this LaQuinta is being renovated, I wasn’t impressed by the quality of work that’s been done so far. In our bathroom, there were small gaps between the wall and ceiling in the toilet area. The tiling on the walls and floor were not all flush. I noticed the unevenness when walking into the bathroom. Also, when we arrived in the late evening, we were approached by a panhandler in the parking lot. On the positive side, the person who checked us in was professional, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. "

"The kitchen sink was broken and had standing water. Couldn’t shower because the water would not drain. Front desk said they didn’t have another room to move us to. Really disappointed because we stay at this chain often. "
