Great location, We kept it as a base to move south and north. Very nice hotel. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great, Parking inside the hotel had issues as the beams very close but that is a structural issue how it was made. Liked the hotel over all

This sweet little hotel is perched on the edge of town and walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. It is a no-frills budget option with a wonderful breakfast included in the low price of the room. Service was exceptional all around!

Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.

Property is just like advertised. What they don’t prepare you is for how polite, accommodating and kind is the entire staff especially Paulo at the front desk. What a delightful stay!

Turn the heat up on the hot tub and check the temp on the showers. They are scalding hot.

We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.

We stayed in the palace portion of the hotel and it was lovely. Perfect location and amazing facilities. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Nice view of river and loved a restaurant A Bolinas right up the road. It is a good walk into the city center, the funicular can be helpful.

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and available, we were greeted with refreshments on arrival and personally walked to our rooms. Great amenities including free access to the steam room located in the spa, a great breakfast with options for all, and a welcome gift of port waiting for us in the room. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and a seated living space separate from the bedroom. It’s not a far walk from the central areas of Porto, with easy access to nice places...

We are very pleased with our stay in this aparto hotel, excellent hospitality and customer service. Spacious studio with a terrace and a very nice city view. They pay attention to details. We came to Porto to celebrate my birthday and the staff sent me a card with my name on it and chocolates! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for making my day very special!

Super quiet despite being in the city center. Excellent blackout curtains. King-size and comfortable bed. Plenty of free toiletries. Kind and very helpful staff. Breakfasts offered good variety and kept us satisfied till dinnertime. Special thanks to breakfast room staffperson Paula, who filled our water bottles with ice and water each day as we headed out. Good location for exploring the city. Not a quibble but a note: ads for the hotel state it is 150 meters from the train station. That's true...
