Overall outstanding. Location was near many tourist locations and a train station to travel further. Very clean. Staff were wonderful especially the female receptionist. Bed was extremely comfortable and the weighted blanket was a nice touch.

Great area, convenient for getting around, close to many restaurants and the train station without being too busy and noisy. I stay in hotels almost weekly and without a doubt, the most comfortable mattress and pillows ever. It is recently renovated so it is very clean but keep in mind the room is small and a bit dark. Above all, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, they are a great asset.

The room, while small, was so lovely; the bed was devine, and we're huge fans of weighted blankets made by blanky because we have two at home. I loved the Dyson hair dryer and the big, fluffy towels. And, the hotel is located on Rua das Flores which was recently ranked the coolest street in the EU.
