I can not say enough wonderful things about the Heritage hotel!! I am doing a 28 days trip in 3 countries and 6 places so far and nothing compares to this Heritage hotel, wonderful location, woderful place, wonderful people giving 100% great service..... in the room you will enjoy many complimentary things like a Nespresso, free water, skin conditioner and shampoos etc.... We had an excellent stay at Gasthof Löcker. The location is great (near the train station and the historic center), the staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. It was nice to be able to get a bigger room that accommodated three people (and we appreciated the color-coded towels to be able to keep track of which one was whose). Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Radstadt!

The room is clean, modern, and big enough. The free parking is appreciated. The location well outside of Hallstatt requires a car but also makes it fairly affordable for this highly visited area. The biggest problem for us is that while the Hotels.com listing says: Popular amenities Continental breakfast (surcharge) each morning 8:00 AM–9:30 AM … there was NO breakfast and no open door to what presumably is the breakfast room. There was a hot water maker outside the closed room but not...

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place!
