Excellent Hotel, Great Location.

Beautiful hotel

Had a lovely 2 night stay. The hotel’s location is perfect for the castle and the changing of the guard. Also walkable over the river to Eton college. Lovely helpful staff and we had a great meal in the restaurant

Very convenient to get to from other terminal nails. Nice quiet property. Great breakfast.

We stayed here for a visit to the Harry Potter studio tour. Helpful staff, comfy bed, plenty of room for family of 5 and beds all set up ready (didn't have to ask again for travel cot on arrival as often happens), super breakfast. Would recommend.

Watching the boats in the lock on the Thames from the hotel patio and room was very fun. Wished there were some other restaurants within walkable distance.

Will stay again. Easy/free to get to Terminal 5.

Great during an overnight layover. Arrived and left using the bus stop right outside the hotel. Would stay again.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.

Amazing hotel with some very nice touches. The US socket in the room was very helpful. The breakfast was top rate - better than most US hotels. Such a perfect place for our first couple days of our trip to London.

Very convenient location. Only complaint came about because we had never traveled to London before and simply assumed that a hotel close to the airport would have a shuttle. Technically, they do, but it is a shared shuttle called "Hoppa" that is a paid service. Not a huge problem, but when we were at the airport, I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle. Hotel says "yes, go to the shuttle area for pickup". Ok, no problem. We go to the shuttle area looking for the Renaissance shuttle....

We were married at Great Fosters 4 years ago and returned for a few days as we were back in the area and it was as we remembered We stayed in the coach houses as the rooms are nicer than the ones in the main house - i remember we had our wedding night in the main house and much preferred the room I had the night before and got ready in. It was light and spacious The touches in the room were thoughtful especially the small carton of milk in the fridge as I hate the powder or uht milk left...
