10/10 Exceptional

I was only at the hotel for one night so I didn't use all the amenities. My room was really comfortable with everything I needed. Staff were attentive and pleasant. I ate in the restaurant and, once again, staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was great. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Windsor.

A lovely stay, bathroom looking a bit tired in places and fridge not very cold and could do with a better clean. Fantastic breakfast and really comfy sleep

10/10 Exceptional

Surprisingly clean, spacious and modern on the inside despite the exterior being deceivingly older. Enjoyed our stay. It was so convenient for the castle, the shopping and dining, and right outside where the change of guards are.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Windsor very close to the castle, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and amenities. My wife and I were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.
