Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.

Aqua Suites was an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautiful. The bathrooms were luxurious. There were always plenty of towels including ones for the beach, and soap products. The beds were soft and the pillows firm. Everything was clean. The pool was beautiful and crystal clear, never crowded. The breakfast has a wide variety of delicious fruit and really fresh pastries.
