Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel, nice location, nice team

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. Nice hotel

The best hotel that I’ve ever been ! Such an amazing stay. The outdoor area were splendid, swimming pool was huge, rooms were clean, spacious and charming. And mostly the breakfast and dinner were outstanding !

We had a brief one night stay but it was very enjoyable. It is a very large and busy hotel which is not really my thing but all done very well. Would stay again .
