"The rooms are small but effective. Does not seem like a four-star hotel. Virtually no staff all check in at a terminal where you make your own keys. Bizarre but it works."

"This property was wonderful brought my son to see Astros and Yankees game.There was a Festival in front of the hotel which made it extremely exciting. Wonderful restaurants in the hotel Papadeaux was right next door Had a long day decided to uber to the game that night didn’t feel like walking. Will definitely stay again."

"The staff were very friendly and nice!! My suite did not have any hand soap or towels. House Keeping was there in two minutes. I customer service was on point. "

"Koi Pond at the lobby is a wonderful touch and makes this hotel unique. But there are no microwaves in the room and the refrigerator has a note plastered on the front reading: "Caution this cooler is set 55 degrees and will not keep perishable items from spoiling. Please contact the front desk if you require a refrigerator" I'm glad they allowed this room refrigerator to identify itself as a cooler. But the perishables I brought with me still perished."
