Our stay at Podere La Rocca was fabulous! The property is located in the rolling Tuscan hills just outside Montepulciano. The property is a working farm and vineyard with an onsite restaurant and pool. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge with a new jetted tub. Words cannot describe the amazing experience at 'Le Terre dei Cavalieri'. The place is so unique and full of character and history, the surroundings are amazing, with an excellent Restaurant in house. The resort is a few minutes away from two beautiful towns like Cortona & Montepulciano. For the shopaholics it is just a 15 minutes dive from a very good Outlet Village. I loved my time at this hotel. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect. I was staying at Il Monte with several friends and we took over most of the rooms - all were large, clean and very comfortable. There is a little bar at the hotel and we enjoyed sitting outside with a bottle of prosecco before going to dinner in Monte San Savino, which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

This is a wonderful B & B that is really top notch. The rooms are very comfortable with every amenity. A very quality establishment. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful restaurant. Your host is very gracious a and will attend to your every need. This is also a great location to explore Tuscany. Close to Cortona and Sienna and Arezzo.

This was the first hotel we visited in our two week Tuscany vacation. Coming out of Rome and getting on the highway north, it looked like the exit should be labeled for Cortona...but it wasn't and we wasted a lot of time getting lost (our fault). Once we found the hotel, it was a gem in the hills in the vineyards. Breakfast on the patio of the little glass Liminoere building was fabulous. Loved their boxer dog roamed around saying "hi". Owner/chef is on premises and she gives cooking lessons....

This was a very special place for my husband and me. We felt relaxed and pampered in a perfect Italian countryside environment. A friend recommended it to me and she was spot on! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were special, and the separate dining room made you feel like you were in the heart of Tuscany....because you are! You are 2 miles from downtown Montelpulciano, 40 min from Montalcino, 40 from Sienna, and close to the most wonderful vineyards. We ate and drank our way through...

Concierge, Luigi is wonderful can do anything. The view across the valley to Montepulciano is worth a special journey in itself. The restaurant is expensive , but a must do at least once. Great, more typical restaurants a few blocks away in little village of Montefollonico. Youre an hour from Montalcino, half hour from Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, half hour from Montipulciano, hour from Florence by autostrada. Siena is also close by car.

Parking was plentiful but a long steep walk from the hotel. This makes the luggage drop and pick up a monumental task. The rooms are large and well appointed/decorated.

Great farm-to-table meals. It was the best pasta in my life. The staff was so kind too. We will talk about this stay whenever we talk about Italy trip.

This property was stunning. Gorgeous views westward over the rolling Tuscan hills, paired with a cozy spa and relaxing outdoor pool were the perfect setting for a portion of our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly/helpful and management certainly does a superb job maintaining this historical setting.
