"Mr. Ibarra was very kind. I let him know that we would be arriving around midnight, and he waited for us until we got there. He welcomed us personally and even offered to let us stay longer the next day so we could get more rest, since no one had booked the room for that night. The room was very comfortable, with a kitchen, a separate living room, and a spacious balcony. It is also conveniently located right in the city center. El señor Ibarra fue un anfitrión excepcional. Le avisé de que llegaríamos alrededor de la medianoche y tuvo la amabilidad de esperarnos hasta que llegamos. Nos recibió personalmente e incluso nos ofreció la posibilidad de quedarnos más tiempo al día siguiente para que pudiéramos descansar un poco más, ya que la habitación no estaba reservada para la noche siguiente. La habitación era muy cómoda y estaba muy bien equipada, con cocina, un salón independiente y un balcón muy amplio. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ya que se encuentra en pleno centro de la ciudad. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí."

"The property is at the end of the malecón, but still not too far from downtown. There were a lot of repairs going on, but it didn’t bother us. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. There wasn’t a lot of places that can have more the 2-4 guests so this really worked out for us. We had 5 guests and an ocean view."

"Great stay and would stay there again. The only downside was the parking or lack thereof if you’re renting a vehicle. Only limited street parking is available, so most days we had to park in the neighborhood a couple blocks away. It was a about a 5 minute walk, which is not a deal breaker, but it was unexpected. They advertise self parking, which I interpreted as having a designated area where you park yourself v. valet parking. However, it means you self park on the street."

"Conveniently located close to everything. The staff was genuinely nice and helpful and property was very clean ! No gym … that was a miss! We had a medical emergency and had to leave 2 nights earlier than expected but the hotel only agreed to reimburse us for 1 night. That was just unjustifiable and certainly disappointing. Not going back there !!! If you don’t honor your guests you will not get any loyalty…. Make money short term to lose it long term."

"The staff...If there was a 6-star choice I would have given it. The front desk people were always there to help me with my needs. The building is well maintained and the house keeping was very good. The location on the Malacon is very good as well. I'll try them out again next time. Thank you all very much for your assistance during my stay.
