Pool was very nice, AC no issues. The staff in the front desk were really good. Melissa was good in the morning and Diana in the evening she was excellent.! Stayed at the Hacienda Bugambilias for 10 days in early December '24 and enjoyed everything about this place! Very authentic, the staff were great and took care of our every need. Good food at the restaurant and slept great every night! Nice and quiet with off street parking! Highly recommend this Hacienda!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel. The rooms are large and clean and the common area is exquisite. My husband and I were able to walk to coffee every morning and dinner at night. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet part of town, easily walkable to many different restaurants. Good value, good location

Pros - clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool, few minutes walk from the water and less than 15 minutes walk to Malecon. Quiet neighborhood. Cons - internet is mediocre in the rooms and non -existent by the pool or restaurant so no laptop work by the pool. You will also have to walk 10 minutes for bottled water or beer/wine etc.
