Pool was very nice, AC no issues. The staff in the front desk were really good. Melissa was good in the morning and Diana in the evening she was excellent.! The food in the restaurant was very good, service could improve, the cook excellent. I was surprise how nice the rooms are in the first floor, not so much in the second floor.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this hotel. The rooms are large and clean and the common area is exquisite. My husband and I were able to walk to coffee every morning and dinner at night. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet part of town, easily walkable to many different restaurants. Stayed at the Hacienda Bugambilias for 10 days in early December '24 and enjoyed everything about this place! Very authentic, the staff were great and took care of our every need. Good food at the restaurant and slept great every night! Nice and quiet with off street parking! Highly recommend this Hacienda!
