The breakfast and dinners were amazing. I was not expecting such a selection because these meals were included with the room. The staff helpful and friendly. They spoke great English.

Customer service was excellent, rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was larger than most with good lighting. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could want on it. But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect.

Incredibly beautiful surroundings with lake and greenery and quietness. We were happy not staying in town but it is less than 15 minutes to drive to center of town. Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! Never had such excellent service.

I loved my stay at Ersta, its simple, but very lovely and comfortable.

The place was clean, quiet and well kept and the staff were chill too.

Excellent stay in Stockholm, right in Old Town ( Gamla Stan). We had a large room , very comfortable king size bed, spacious bathroom, all the toiletries were great quality, organic and eco friendly. There is an Nespresso coffee machine with provided coffee pods. Excellent service, friendly and professional, a lot of excellent suggestions on what to do and places to see. Brilliant hotel all around. Room, location, service, views!

We just got home from a wonderful week stay at NOFO. It was fantastic! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!

We stayed at Hotel Skeppsholmen for the nights in May 2024. It was unseasonably warm outside, but the air-conditioned room was always nice and cool. The hotel's location is convenient to get around Stockholm, yet tranquil and quiet. The island of Skeppsholem has the Modern Museum, the Toy Museum, and a few restaurants. Very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Food was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely book again if I go back to Stockholm.

This location cannot be beaten in terms of convenience! Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Train station across the street. Gamla Stan is a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Rooms are a little small but not a big deal.

We found ourselves in a medical situation with my mother at the hospital close to the hotel. The whole team, from the owner to the front desk attendant, was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay, whether arranging taxis, extending the nights as needed, recommending restaurants and just checking on our wellbeing. The wine gift was a wonderful welcome after a long trip, but the best was when they suggested getting tickets for Springsteen (who we didn't know was in town) and helped...

We loved the Lady Hamilton Hotel. The location was fantastic, just around the corner is the Cathedral and The Royal Palace. Very little car traffic in Gamla Stan so it was great for walking around. Metro, Ferry and Hop on - Hop off buses are all within 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Hotel itself is very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Little different variety each morning...Loved the pastries! If you are looking for a small local hotel I highly recommend...
